I'm sad to say there's no information available in English but for those of you who know Swedish it might spark your human rights nerve. For the non-Swedish speaking people (I don't blame you, it's a small country haha) I recommend you (and the Swedish speaking people too of course) to check out http://www.ohchr.org/englisg/law for more information on the Human Rights laws and declarations.
