undialogue

In French referring to "one dialogue". In English to the UN dialogue, relating to the United Nations as world forum for dialogue on Human Rights. Definition: "Formal; a discussion between two groups, countries etc: There is a need for constructive dialogue between leaders." That simple? This blog is open for dialogue and discussion on when it takes place (through the diplomatic settings---throughout the world). Focusing on Human Rights issues especially.
